Accessibility statement

What we have implemented

• Accessibility menu (icon at the edge of the screen): font size, contrast, reading aids, read-aloud and more – without external services and without tracking.
• Full keyboard operation, visible focus indicator and “Skip to content”.
• Image descriptions (alternative texts) for images.
• Clear heading structure and easily readable contrasts.
• Website in 10 languages – Arabic and Persian from right to left.
• The “reduce motion” system setting is respected.

Compliance status

This website is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and is partially compliant with these requirements. We are continuously improving the website.

Known limitations

• The translations into other languages were created by machine and are being checked step by step.
• The embedded Google Maps map is not fully accessible. The address and directions are also available as text.
• The read-aloud function uses your device’s voices – quality and available languages depend on your browser.

Advice in our shop

In our shop on Karl-Marx-Straße we advise you in many languages – and also in sign language for deaf patients.
